Safran would like to invite you to experience a taste of Tunisia's rich history and romance. We offer sophisticated accommodation; a fusion of local ambiance, combined with personal service for the most discerning guests. Our international team has restored a number of historic Menzels, carefully maintaining their heritage and authenticity.

The Menzel is a traditional Arab home consisting of living quarters surrounding a central, communal courtyard. These unique properties are situated in the village of Erriadh, in the old Jewish quarter.
