Saffron Beach Villa, Zanzibar - Barefoot Bliss

Saffron Beach Villa is situated in lovely Zanzibar and offers guests barefoot Bliss in this beautiful villa. The double-storey unit is located under coconut trees, within walking distance of the beach, and can be let as an individual or as separate units.

Each of the floors features a separate entrance as well as a private terrace with access to the beach. The five en-suite bedrooms, situated over the two levels, are big and comfortable, each furnished with a king-size bed, fancy three-door mosquito nets, reading lamps, cupboards and cooled with fans. Linen is provided and additional sleeping arrangements can be provided for children in the lounge, with cots also available if required.

The upstairs level comprises three lovely rooms of which two have uninterrupted sea views and open onto a large covered terrace, perfect for alfresco dining. This level also has a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, a toaster and a kettle.

On the lower level, two rooms are fitted the same as the upstairs, with one bedroom having the magical sea view and doors leading to the terrace. There is a fully equipped kitchen on the lower level ideal for self-catering. The open plan kitchen has lovely breakfast bar and lounge area with doors that open onto a covered terrace featuring a seated dining area. The baraza is cushioned for after-dinner lounging.

Guests of Saffron Beach Villa also have free Wi-Fi access and can make use of two bicycles. Each day complimentary ice, mineral water, coffee and tea are replenished. There are no hidden costs or extra taxes to be paid.

Situated on the East Coast, the area is a haven for kitesurfing, snorkelling and simply relaxing on the beach. A beach lounge next door, Crazy Mzungo's, serves delicious cocktails and seafood, and guests should look out for special events such as happy hour, Sunday brunch and barbecue nights.
