Royal Coachman

Royal Coachman offers luxury self-catering accommodation next to a 2.6 hectare dam which is well-stocked with rainbow and brown trout. Catch and release is encouraged, however river fishing is also available on the property in Little Caledon. Float tubes are allowed and please remember to bring your own fly fishing tackle.

Accommodation comprises two bedrooms and two bathrooms with heated towel rails. A loft room can sleep a further four guests in two single beds and a three-quarter sleeper couch. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed which can be converted into two singles if required, a fireplace, underfloor heating, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower facilities. The second bedroom has two single beds and underfloor heating, while the second bathroom has bath facilities. In addition, the upstairs loft contains two single beds and a three-quarter sleeper couch.

The kitchen is fully-equipped and includes a microwave, full oven and stove, as well as a fridge with separate freezer compartment and an ice machine. The open-plan dining area has a table that seats eight and underfloor heating. The lounge features a fireplace and underfloor heating, as well as a CD player. Please be advised that there is no TV.

All downstairs rooms open onto the wooden deck and offer stunning views of the dam and surrounding mountains. Features include a built-in braai and outside furniture seating eight, as well as a small bar fridge on the deck. Guests also have the use of the under cover carport suitable for two vehicles.
