We had a very pleasant stay at Rooidam cottage, peaceful and quiet and the ideal place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Karoo. The cottage and hosts were wonderful and we will be visiting them again!

Description
Rooidam Cottage is the ideal stop-over between Gauteng and the Cape Peninsula because we are situated on the halfway-mark of the N12 and only 800m off the road.
The three star Self catering accommodation consists of two cottages with basically the same layout. A kitchenette with an adjacent room with 2 single beds and a main sleeping room with a double bed. The cottages are close to the homestead but private enough.
The units are neat, clean, spacious. Everything you should need are inside. We offer safe parking under a net(plus outside plug for fridges), walking, swimming, tennis, bird watching, braai-facilities and bright star-nights.
Come and enjoy the space and silence of a karoo-farm. Go for a walk to unwind and experience the tranquil sunsets. You will be changed after a visit to our world.
