Rooi-Ivoor Safari Camp is a small, rustic bush camp situated at the foot of the Waterberg mountains and nestled near the hot mineral springs of Naboomspruit in the Limpopo Province. Rooi-Ivoor is ideally situated only an hour and a half's drive from Pretoria, in a malaria-free area.

This small safari tent bush camp offers an ideal bushveld getaway. Our thatched-roof safari tent sleeps up to six guests and are equipped for self-catering. Thatched-roof Safari Tent contains a double bed and four single beds, with a separate bathroom equipped with a shower. The kitchen has electric lights and a fridge and the camp also features braai facilities.

Guests can enjoy a relaxing and reflecting time of tranquility and intimacy. Enjoy the free-roaming nyalas and bird viewing right from the comfort of your camp. Attractions in the surrounding area include Marakele National Park, Nylsvley Nature Reserve, Lapalala Game Reserve, Euphoria Golf Course, and Shakama Game Farm.

Wat 'n wonderlike ondervinding! Die bokke kom kuier saam deur die dag en ook as jy om die kampvuur sit. Daar is tot 'n volstruis wat kom dagsê! Ons het 01h00 die oggend eers daar aangekom en is nog steeds hartlik verwelkom. Willem, jy en jou kamp is tops!

What a lovely Safari Camp. Willem welcomed us and gave us every bit of info needed to make our stay a comfortable one. We did not need anything, except more time to stay longer. We love the bush and the animals and even grumpy old "Stoffel" the ostrich. Thank you again for a lovely stay. I have already told someone about Rooi-Ivoor.

My husband and I booked this week to re-discover ourselves and each other. And how this break-away did just that. The facilities are superb. The surroundings are tranquil. I would definitely suggest this camp to anyone.
