Description
We are a small private lodge situated in a natural bushveld environment on the Komati River, just out of town. The Conference Centre, Bar/Lounge and swimming pool provide spectacular views of the Komati River, Golf Course and Kruger Park. We offer our guests a brand of hospitality, which we believe to be special and in many ways unique.
The 5 Lodge chalets are air-conditioned with up-market furnishings, a 4 star queen-size bed, two single beds, a full bathroom with Victorian style slipper bath and a wooden deck under cover of the roof to offer guests a reprieve from the hot African sun. These chalets are not self-catering but, do have tea/coffee and a bar fridge.
Three self-catering chalets are furnished along the same lines as the Lodge chalets. Two units have three bedrooms and sleep 9 while the third smaller unit sleeps four. The main bedrooms are all equipped with a queen-size bed (the 3 bedroom units also have a single bed in the main bedroom) while the remaining bedrooms are all equipped with single beds.
The all glass Conference Centre nestled in the bush is air-conditioned and fully equipped for up to 20 delegates.
Meals are either served in the open or stone dining rooms. Larger groups can choose to have a braai in our Boma where the night sky is your ceiling.
Professionally guided tiger fishing trips and tours to the Kruger Park, Swaziland, Maputo and Escarpment are available – advance booking is essential. We can also arrange Elephant Back rides, micro light flights, quad biking/scrambling and horse riding.
