Description

Situated on The ReefEstate in Praia do Xai Xai.

The houses sleep 8 people comfortably andthere are 2 parking bays per house.
 
Included in our price is a basic cleaning service(sweeping, mopping, making beds and washing dishes and pool maintenance).  Afull-time char can be arranged at an additional cost.  I have terms andconditions with all the information guest will need to know about and signbefore they come.  There is also a pre-arrival document that has to be completedand sent to us. 
 
Linen is included.  We supply fresh linen on arrival, change towels everythree days and linen is changed every 4 - 6 days, depending on the length of thevisit.  Guests have the option to have fresh towels, linen etc. more often butat an extra cost - this must be indicated on the pre-arrival form. 
 
We do not supply beach towels.

The kitchen, dining and living room are open plan and have 2 built in single beds, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 is en-suite) and a large deck with splash pool and braai area overlooking the ocean.
