Description

Please note families: We are a backpackers and it can get noisy over the weekend so be warned. Nestled at the foot of the Magaliesberg, this roomy Moroccan house has an enviable location near the Elephant Sanctuary, Sun City, Pilansberg and many more. Horse ride, hike and cycle, go tubing, milk a cow or pluck fresh veggies from the garden.

We have a ten en-suite bedroom Urban Africa/Moroccan house that can accommodate 46 people sleeping. All the rooms are build around a large communal lounge and communal kitchen. Each room also leads out to a patio outside the house. The large communal lounge is stacked with large cushions facing a massive fire place and 42 inch plasma TV above the fireplace. Outdoor Activities: Mountain Biking Micro Light More: Patio.

There is a communal lounge and a communal self-catering kitchen. There are allocated braai areas as well as a swimming pool and a clubhouse with a pool table.

Red Ivory Backpackers are a 100 percent backpacker hostel, where we provide affordable accommodation for the average traveller, we are by no means a lodge or hotel. We offer the bare essentials such as linen, rooms, beds and toilet paper. Red Ivory Backpackers prides itself as being a great Backpackers with lots to offer.

We had such a fun time with our friend for her kitchen tea and bachelorette. It's a perfect place for a night out, where you can relax and enjoy nature! The staff were helpful and friendly! Thanks for a great time.

We were sleeping at Red Ivory as we had a wedding nearby. The lodging was fine but we were awoken early by the rantings of the backpackers staff in the kitchen shouting conversation at each other and making noise in the kitchen which was right next to our room. we could not sleep and got up and left.

The actual accommodation at Red Ivory Backpackers was fine. The rooms were comfortable, simple and clean. The staff however, were absolutely shocking.

The heated pool was a hit! Love the super-size couches! The place was clean and very roomy! We had about 15 guys there for a bachelor night. We could not have chosen a better overnight stop.
