I don’t think I can enthuse enough about Franchamar! We booked a midweek break and the value was fantastic!
Frans had organised that the prepaid electricity meter be loaded up before we arrived. We were met at the house by the security company with the keys, as well as a small heard of Kudu in the driveway! Later that evening we were visited by Warthog and Zebra! Wonderful Relaxing Stay!!!

Enjoyable stay
Sundown guesthouse is like a safe haven in the middle of the chaos that is Maputo. We enjoyed our stay very much and the owner Dennis and his staff did everything in their power to make us feel at home. You can ask anything of them and they will always try and help. The guest house had a bit of a revamp and the new rooms feel like you are in a luxury hotel. I would definately revisit this establishment and recommend it to anyone. — Eugene Valentine, South Africa
