My special thanks to an extraordinary young lady "Thabisele"that offered us something to eat drink and keep us comfortable until our suite was ready. Noticing how exhausted we were the lady at reception "Thabikele" got another room ready in a flash. Thank you so much for all the trouble and effort in making our stay as pleasant as possible.

The experience was very memorable. The staff are extremely helpful. We got every service that my family, especially one year old daughter, required within record time. The location of this hotel is superb.I decided not to hire a car and depended on the hotel to arrange transport starting from airport pick-up and drop off. This is normally a night mare if hotel staff are not customer responsive. We had no hassles....well done to all the staff.
