About Premier Hotel Regent
The Premier Hotel Regent is a classic, luxury beach hotel situated on East London's Esplanade Drive overlooking the Indian Ocean. It is the gateway to Africa's Sunshine Coast and Wild Coast, and is in close proximity to the shopping and business districts and magnificent beaches. It is the ideal business and leisure venue.
The hotel caters for touring and convention groups, and offers a selection of 175 stylishly appointed rooms. The options range from Deluxe Rooms to Standard Suites all stylishly decorated to satisfy even the most discerning guest. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning, select DStv bouquet channels, hairdryers, telephones, safes and tea and coffee-making facilities.

Our Y-Knot Pub and Restaurant, with its patio overlooking the ocean, is equally popular with guests. It provides a relaxed setting and serves light lunches and a wide selection of beverages to suit all palates. This is a very nice Hotel, with good facilitiesWe had a suite with an inter leading twin room with its own en suitePerfect for family or friendsUnfortunately for us they are busy renovatingOur air conditioner didn't work (although they did offer to move us to another room), but we had already unpacked and didn't want the inconvenience of packing and unpacking again as we were only staying 4 nights! The fridge had to be replaced because this also didn't work!The quality of the finishes in the hotel are good but the carpets were well worn & dirtyThe service and friendliness was as good as any 4... see more
