Pomene Ridge

Pomene is an unspoilt paradise situated on the Mozambique coast, halfway between Vilanculos and Inhambane. It offers world-class fishing and diving as well as miles of pristine beaches. Pomene Ridge boasts fantastic panoramic views of the estuary and surrounds, and is a five-minute walk from the beach. For boating enthusiasts, there is also an easy launch into the estuary and a safe exit to the open sea.

Pomene Ridge offers self-catering accommodation in five thatched lodges situated up on the ridge overlooking the ocean and estuary. Each of the lodges accommodates up to six guests in three bedrooms and all linen is provided. Each of the lodge bathrooms contains flush toilets and hot and cold running water and each lodge features an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with gas stoves and fridges, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.

Activities at Pomene Ridge include fishing, bird watching, diving, snorkelling, mammal spotting, surfing, and jexploring the surrounding area.
