Excellent service

Point Bay is an excellent self-catering accommodation. We really enjoyed our stay and the staff gave us excellent service. What I appreciated the most is when we had to wait to catch our bus at 22H00; we were afforded space to stay until 20H00. This simply shows good customer service and understanding market of tourism. Well Done Jill Cox and staff. I won’t mind coming back to this classy accommodation.

We enjoyed our stay and we are pleased with everything. We will be referring a lot of people. Once our families and friends saw the pictures of the place they loved it and wanted to come straight away. When we shared also how convenient the place is in terms of the beach, restaurants and entertainment they really bought into coming to Point Bay. It was a once in a lifetime experience and we will definitely be coming back very soon.

The unit is well equipped with the basic cutlery and crockery. The views are excellent as the unit is situated right at the port entrance (we got to see loads of ships arriving and departing). It is a bit noisy due to the street below, but the noise is cut out once the doors are closed. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly reccommend this unit if you need to be near the Durban city centre.

The place is an ideal place for a family. It is safe with secure parking. The apartment is so luxurious, beautiful and stylish. I won't settle for anything else in the future. Walking distance to Ushaka Marine. It was exquisite, lovely.

Point Bay is so nice. A breath of fresh air. I wouldn't mind going there over and over again. The master bedroom of apartment 302 is so awesome. Thank you, Gill, for accommodating us. We really enjoyed ourselves.
