Description

This self-catering house is located on a large stand 1200 square metres facing north and has a beautiful private garden with a large oak tree and swimming pool. It offers easy access to the N4 and N1 highways and is within 5 km of Hatfield, Menlyn and Brooklyn.

The house is plus minus 300 square metres and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms catering for up to seven persons sharing. The kitchen is fitted with build in oven, stove, and two fridge freezers with ice maker and water dispenser, microwave oven and cutlery and crockery. There is a separate scullery fitted with two washing machines and a tumble drier. The lounge has DStv, a mini Hi-Fi with DVD, CD, MP3 player and an anthracite fireplace. All bedrooms have under floor heating that can be adjusted individually and fitted with linen and towels.

Excellent security is offered whereby the house is fitted with alarm with panic buttons linked to ADT 24 hour armed security as well as electric fence on boundary walls enclosing the property, and also linked to ADT. The double garage doors and entrance gate is automated via remote control. The gate motor, electric fence and house alarm is on three battery back-up’s allowing for plus minus 20 hours downtime and recharge once electric supply resumes.
