Pinewood Guest House is positioned in a quaint setting just outside of Kokstad. The charming cottages offer farm-style accommodation where guests can relax and unwind in natural surroundings. The chalets range from one- to four-person units.

All of the rooms have TVs with limited DStv and tea and coffee-making facilities. The rooms are equipped with fans, heaters, electric blankets and spare blankets for the chilly winter months. There is a pub with DStv for the sports fanatics. A large veranda with a pool table is ideal for relaxing and enjoying a friendly game.

The rooms are offered on different rates bases and can be taken on a room-only, bed and breakfast or dinner, bed and breakfast basis. The dinners are three-course, homely meals.

The area has many hiking trails, and off-road and motorbiking trails where visitors tackle the challenges that nature offers. The area has abundant bird life for the avid birdwatcher. Nearby Crystal Dam is the main source of Kokstad's water and offers great angling opportunities.
