On the famous Heads at Knysna is the prestigious development of Pezula Private Estate, home to both movie and sports stars.
“Pezula Ridge” is a 4 bedroom luxury villa situated on a high ridge with grand views of the Indian Ocean and the surf breaking on rocks below.

It has a long driveway that meanders to the top of the ridge providing breathtaking views of the sea on one side and the indigenous forest on the other. The entrance is through a private courtyard bordered by a lovely garden on one side and a two car garage with golf cart space on the other.
This Villa has 4 bedrooms- two king rooms and two twin rooms all en suite - and all have sweping views of the Ocean.
There is a 5th bedroom with shower suitable for an au piar or a nanny.
There is ample outdoor living space with a sheltered braai and eating and sitting area in the back and a sweeping veranda with spectacular views of the ocean in the front.
On calm, cool evenings, guests can step off the front veranda to enjoy the canopy of stars above while sitting around a warm fire in the fire pit. The sea facing bedrooms also have their own private sitting area and a deck from which to enjoy spectacular views of the Indian Ocean.
The lap pool, with waterfalls bordering two sides, is designed to provide privacy and serenity. Guests at the pool will enjoy the soft sound of the cascading water while overlooking the forest in the foreground and the Pezula golf course in the background.
The amenities are designed for luxurious living. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, the lounge and the den. The living spaces and bedrooms have under floor heating and there are gas fireplaces in both the living room and den.
The two master bedroom suites have central air conditioning, gas fireplaces and individual satellite TVs. The en-suite dressing rooms have ample closet space and a sit down dressing area.
The bathrooms have both indoor and out door showers and HIS and HER sinks. Each bath also has a stand alone tub with a window that overlooks the sunken master suite for a spectacular view of the breaking surf beyond. A separate study provides ample work space and outlets for recharging electronics.
The fully equipped kitchen features spacious wood cabinetry and granite countertops, a prep sink, a gas hob, a microwave, wall oven, refrigerator and a special cooled storage unit for fine wine.
A breakfast counter with a sweeping view of the ocean seats four and provides a relaxing start to the morning. A utility room off the kitchen has a double sink, a second refrigerator, an ice maker, dishwasher and washer and dryer.
The house has a separate formal dining room as well as an informal dining space near the outside braai. There is easy access from the kitchen to the braai and the dining room.
The house comes with a daily maid service and a house manager who can be called to assist guests with any reasonable requests.
