It is a 2 Bedroom apartment with open plan kitchen living room, en-suite and guest bathroom. Big windows that overlook the city and perfectly frame Table mountain. Secure parking is located in the basement. On the 19th floor of the building you have a private gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna all with 360 degree views of the city the mountains and the harbour. This is all included with the apartment. Fully furnished etc. also 74 inch TV and satellite with DVD-player. On the 18th floor you also have an entertainment scullery which leads to BBQ facilities on the roof that also overlooks the entire city and mountain. There is a very good 24 hour security system in place with video intercom to all entrances. Cleaning services are also available and there is an internet shop in the foyer of the building.
