Description

Pendene Villa is a luxury villa situated in the north of Mauritius and is only 10 minutes' walk from the best bathing beach in Pereybere. The villa is situated in a tranquil setting with astounding views. Its location offers all you would expect for a relaxing holiday.

The house boasts five large bedrooms; two en-suite double rooms, one double bedroom, one twin and one triple room. The triple room is downstairs and has its own seperate bathroom. The twin bedroom and double bedroom share a bathroom upstairs. Mini fridges and tea and coffee-making facilities are available in each room. The open-plan lounge and dining area is furnished with a TV, a DVD player, and a Playstation. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, a dish washer, a cooker, a fridge-freezer, a kettle, a toaster, a juicer and blender and a plethora of cooking utensils. A utility room is also available and guests can make use of the washing machine and ironing facilities. A safe is provided for your valuables, as well as a first aid box should it be needed. Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool and barbecue area.

Guests are provided with a welcome pack when they arrive. This includes complimentary tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter, cheese, ham and bottled water, a map of the local area and list of local amenities, restaurants, bars and shops, as well as useful emergency contact numbers.

The villa is discreetly managed by Garcon and Bebe and they will ensure the villa is cleaned twice a week for free. For a small fee they can provide extra cleaning, laundry and maid duties as requested.

Mauritius offers some of the best scuba diving and superb shopping facilities, as well as a wide choice of restaurants. Golf, tennis and various water sports can also be enjoyed nearby. For Jules Verne fans, lead-booted, bubble-headed 'undersea walks' can be arranged near Grand Baie reef, as can a ride on La Nessee, a semi submersible submarine boat that allows a close-up view of the reefs.
