Pavetta House is a sea front Duplex 50m from the beach in a 3000sq m garden with lawns and indigenous vegetation featuring abundant bird life. It offers a quiet private holiday yet is close to conveniences and entertainment.
It is on an unspoilt beach of about a kilometer which stretches from Banana Beach to Melville. The one end of the bay has excellent fishing with rock pools while the other end is a popular surfing beach with shark nets, life guards and a tidal pool. This Bay is a popular sighting point for Whales and Dolphins.
**You May Have One Small Pet - by Prior Arrangement** No Big Dogs or Puppies.

You are requested to only smoke outside and not with in the unit.
There is a choice of 7 golf courses and numerous Game Reserves between Scottburgh and Port Edward - all within easy driving distance. There are also numerous shopping centers, entertainment facilities restaurants and a casino also within easy driving distance.
Pavetta House is a 2 Bed roomed Duplex, 1 Bedroom is upstairs with a sea view. It is large and spacious, with its own toilet and TV set. Linen provided, but No Towels.

This is a beautiful unspoilt part of the coastline called the Hibiscus Coast with an abundance of indigenous bush and bird life. There is also the magnificent Oribi Gorge nearby. There are a variety of quaint restaurants close by, where the food is good and reasonable.
Hibiscus Coast is centrally situated between Durban and Port Edward, therefore ideal for visitors who want to sightsee or for GOLFERS who wish to play golf. There is also an airport at Margate, if your wish to fly down from Johannesburg. Cars to hire are available. There are a few charter companies that fly in from Johannesburg.

Seafront Beach Cottage has one very large bedroom with its own, lounge suite and toilet and basin. This room does have a sea view as it is upstairs. It is also very private.
The second bedroom downstairs has 2 single beds and an ensuite shower/bathroom, which is shared with the upstairs room.
There is a hot/cold beach shower outside that can be used to rinse off after swimming at the beach.
This unit is ideally for 4 people. 4 Adults or 2 Adults and 2 to 3 children downstairs. We do not accommodate more than 5 heads including babies.
Satellite TV available, please bring your own DSTV .
Maid available by prior arrangement.
