Panzi Bushcamp is a charming 16-bed camp, situated in a wooded gully in the Guernsey Private Nature Reserve near Kruger Park's Orpen Gate. The thatched A-frame cottages have en-suite toilet and shower, and each has a private balcony.

The reserve has a variety of plains game, including giraffe, zebra, wildebeest, buffalo and impala, as well as smaller nocturnal game such as genet, civet, porcupine and honey badger. The camp waterhole is popular with the animals and the guests, and a viewing deck gives lovely views of the waterhole and the Drakensberg Mountains.

Our last night in SA and a great place to spend it. Really friendly and wonderful location with ample, tasty dinner and breakfast. Not for those that want to be sealed off from the wild (seeing warthogs when going back to the car was a surprise) and be prepared for quite a walk from car to cabin.

It was a pleasant stay except for the water in the bathroom - the shower and bathroom facilities need to be upgraded. It is indeed a beautiful set up and friendly staff.

A truly unique experience, laid back and very relaxing the food was fantastic , and I would recommend this to anyone who wants 2 get away from it all. Our host were very down to earth and made you fell very welcome :)

A wonderful weekend in the bush. Peaceful, relaxing surroundings and good food and good company. Had dinner listening to the lions in the bush. Awesome african experience. Nothing too much trouble for our hosts.
