The flat (non-smoking), with private entrance, forms the lower ground level of the main house and offers:
A fully equipped kitchen with two-plate electric stove and oven,
microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, electric frying pan,
crockery, cutlery, etc .
Spacious open-plan living area including dining area, seating area and sleeping area.
Colour TV / DSTV (own smartcard)
One large en-suite bedroom with a double bed (all beds have comfortable new mattresses. Pillows, duvets, blankets and crispy clean bed linen are provided)
One bathroom (shower, basin and toilet - en-suite to bedroom)
Please supply own bath and beach towels.
Ample storage.
Coffee, tea, sugar, milk, air freshener, washing-up materials and toilet.tissue for first day or two.
Safe off-street open parking .
Private patio with braai .

Rooms can either be locked off from or linked to one another. Both rooms have private entrance from outside (15 steps) and easy access to enclosed balcony where delicious farm-style breakfast is served. Fridge and microwave available for guests' use.
