Our Camp Site

Our Camp Site is situated on a working farm on the banks of the Sonderend River, a peaceful and relaxed setting for a breakaway.

We offer 12 campsites for tents and caravans along with clean ablution facilities. Each site has a power point, water, lights and its own braai facilities. The lapa can accommodate up to 30 people and can even be hired for private or corporate functions.

Riviersonderend is a small farming village with a peaceful rural atmosphere, situated on the Garden Route between Cape Town and Mossel Bay on the N2, 160 km from Cape Town. The town is an hour away from several beaches and offers the tranquility of beautiful mountain and river scenery, a 9-hole golf course, and a host of other activities.

The Riviersonderend Mountains that begin at the village and run to Villiersdorp, separate the Breede River Valley from the Cape Overberg and create a beautiful backdrop to the town, with some breathtaking hiking, kloofing and fishing opportunities.
