The complex is situated in the heart of Flic en Flac, a very popular beach resort area located on the West coast of Mauritius.Each unit is fully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, washing machine and cooking utensils. All units are partly air conditioned, either in two bedrooms or one bedroom and all other rooms have fans. The rates include all towels and bed linen and housekeeping service twice a week excluding public holidays.
This newly built complex has 45 apartments with a magnificent swimming pool in the centre. Each unit has 2 or 3 bedrooms with a spacious sitting / dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. Approx. surface area - Aprts: 85-127 m2. Distance to the beach: 300m. Parking spaces available. Two bedroom apartments can accommodate only 4 persons. Three bedroom apartments can accommodate not more than 6 persons.
The complex has its own leisure facilities and 24hr security service. The complex of Flic en Flac has all the facilities required at nearby walking distances such as banks, supermarkets, pharmacy, discotheques, restaurants, casino, boutiques and much more. Without forgetting, that the beach is one of the most beautiful of our island, boasting a transparent blue lagoon with the most incredible and romantic sunset.
