We are 1.8 km from the famous Boulders Penguin Beach, 8 km from Cape Point Nature Reserve entrance. August to November whale watching from your verandah. 45 minutes to the popular Waterfront and famous wine routes.
Accommodation for six people, consisting of three bedrooms, two with twin beds and one bedroom with double bed. Open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen. Easy to maintain Oregon floors throughout. One bathroom with basin, shower and bath. Separate toilet. One en-suite bathroom. Single garage plus off street parking for two cars.
Garden not fenced off, braai facility available. Kitchen is fully-equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV, Washing machine also available. Linen and towels provided. Bring own beach towels. Cleaning service available at additional cost
