Ocean View is a lovely cottage with great views of the ocean. The cottage has a real beach-style feel with great furnishings. Loved the little extras (great rusks and a variety of teas). Would definitely recommend as a stop-over.

We had to pinch our arms when we arrived, we could not believe we had this stunning location all to ourselves. We enjoyed the tranquility of the house and the roaring sounds of the Indian Ocean. Great for resting and relaxing, but also beautiful for walking along the beach & lagoon. Very friendly hosts who made sure we had everything we could possibly need. Price according to quality is extremely good.

Ocean View B and B is situated 30 km outside of East London in a small, quaint village called Kidd's Beach.
The accommodation is smart and friendly. It is not inside a family home, but adjacent to, so privacy is assured within a homely environment. The room has stunning sea views and is situated alongside a dune. Dolphins can be seen most days and whales during season.
It is an ideal stopover for business people wanting to avoid city life as well as for holiday makers travelling between the Cape and Kwazulu-Natal/Wild Coast.
One restaurant and a coffee shop are within walking distance.
