Ocean Eden is a beach front estate consisting of 3 villas. The units are right on and have private access directly onto Pennington main beach where one can enjoy swimming, (lifeguards are on duty on week-ends and in season), surfing, fishing, snorkelling, exploring the beautiful rock pools or taking long leisurely walks.  The surroundings are very tranquil and secluded with indigenous bush and abundant bird and wildlife. The units are all within a secure complex with electric fencing around and automated entrances.  All units are fully furnished and serviced daily. Small pets are welcome.

Pearl a spacious 520 square metres, which sleeps 14, consists of six bedrooms, 3 of which have beautiful sea views. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and bed linen is provided. The house has a gourmet kitchen with separate scullery, dining room, 2 lounges, 2 TV’s, DSTV (guests to bring their own smartcard), separate laundry, 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (3 en suite), separate guest toilet, pub, pool (with safety net), jacuzzi, outside undercover dinning area and sundecks with sea views.

The down stairs lounge leads into the designer pub which opens out on the entertainment area with sunken undercover area, jacuzzi and pool. The upstairs lounge leads onto a wrap around verandah with amazing sea views. The spacious open plan gourmet kitchen is solid cherry with granite counters. It is fully equipped - including a gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, chest freezer, microwave, dishwasher. There is a separate laundry. The dining room, also opens up onto the entertainment area, over looks the pool and has sea views.

The house has three en suite bathrooms, a separate guest toilet and basin downstairs and another bathroom upstairs. There is an outside shower with hot and cold water to rinse off after a swim in the sea.
