Ocean Eden is a beach front estate consisting of 3 villas. The units are right on and have private access directly onto Pennington main beach where one can enjoy swimming, (lifeguards are on duty on week-ends and in season), surfing, fishing, snorkelling, exploring the beautiful rock pools or taking long leisurely walks.  The surroundings are very tranquil and secluded with indigenous bush and abundant bird and wildlife. The units are all within a secure complex with electric fencing around and automated entrances.  All units are fully furnished and serviced daily. Small pets are welcome.  

Coral, which sleeps eight, consists of four bedrooms, all of which have their own decks and beautiful sea views. This unit has stunning décor and furnishings. Bed linen is provided, guests to bring their own bath and beach towels please.   This beautiful 380 square metre house has a modern mahogany kitchen and separate scullery, dining room off kitchen, 2 lounges, TV & PVR Decoder (guests to bring own smartcard), 4 bedrooms all with built in cupboards & aircon, 3 bathrooms (2 en suite), separate guest toilet, pub with fantastic sea views, large pool, stunning entertainment area & sundecks with sea views.  

The down stairs lounge leads onto the entertainment area which opens onto the pool and tiered sundeck over looking the garden.  This is a lovely place to capture the tranquillity and watch the wildlife.
The upstairs lounge leads onto a sundeck with amazing sea views. The open plan mahogany kitchen with granite counters is fully equipped - including a gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer and microwave.  

The house has two en suite bathrooms, a separate guest toilet and basin downstairs and another separate bathroom. There is an outside shower with hot and cold water to rinse off after a swim in the sea.
