No 1 Ixia is a small flat attached to a private home in the Cape Town city bowl. The flat has its own separate entrance in a safe area. The house has a well maintained garden and we have a beautiful cat called Moscow who potters around the property.
This one-bedroom cottage with wooden floors has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and an open-plan living room which opens onto a small kitchen area. A cleaning service and laundry facility are available at an extra fee. You will find a supermarket and shopping centre within easy walking distance. Free street parking is available.
