Ngare Serian

Ngare Serian is a traditional bush camp located on a 4,000 acre exclusive conservancy in the private Mara North Conservancy. Our target market are outdoor adventurous personalities; more interested in the experience than the thread count of their sheets. If you are looking for a green, eco-chic safari alternative, our focus is on the conservation, filming, photography, tracking, walking and wildlife. Sense the time you spend in the bush, shape the experience to suit yourself and endeavour to enjoy a genuine environment.

Accommodation is offered in four marquees on hard-wood decks located right on the Mara River and accessed via a rope bridge. The en-suite bathrooms have running water, flush loos, showers and hard-carved bathtubs. The Zanzibar-style four poster beds and open bathrooms overlook pods of hippos. Due to its intimate and select character, Ngare Serian is suited to being set aside in its entirety for family gatherings or close friends on a private basis.

The Masai Mara is the preferred location for serious photographers. Simply put, the game-viewing is some the best in Africa, with a great variety in a stunning setting in a small space. The private Mara North Conservancy allows riding, walking safaris, night drives and controlled off-road driving. Ngare Serian offers night and day game drives, river fishing, photographic workshops and quality guides.
