Nautica 410 offers luxury accommodation in a classic, contemporary style two-bedroom en-suite apartment with ocean views from the balcony. This designer apartment is situated on the beachfront and is only a five minutes' walk from the beach. It is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with all modern conveniences.

The lounge has an air-conditioner, a TV, a DVD Player and DStv. The open-plan kitchen, dining room and lounge lead onto the balcony with views of the ocean. The kitchen has granite tops and is fully equipped with a microwave, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a fridge-freezer, a toaster, a kettle, etc. A secure and exclusive shaded parking bay is available and there is 24-hour security. The balcony has a patio table, chairs and an umbrella overlooking the sea, making it ideal for sundowners or early morning breakfasts.

The two en-suite bedrooms sleep a maximum of four people. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. All linen, towels and beach towels are provided, and both of the bathrooms have an oversize shower, a toilet and a basin.
