Description

Namib Desert Lodge sits at the very foot of the ‘fossilised’ dunes of the protomorphic Namib.

Situated just 60 km north of Sesriem, the gateway to famous Sossusvlei, and not far from the main road, the lodge is an ideal starting point for an excursion to the highest dunes in the world. Among tall trees and palms there are 50 rooms en-suite, a restaurant and swimming pool, all of which invite you to linger and relax. Join a drive through the magnificent scenery or simply enjoy the thrill of Gemsbok and Springbok frequenting the illuminated watering hole after dusk.

Very friendly staff
Ivo VAN EYNDE, Belgium

Fantastic place to stay with the petrified dunes and nightlife of some animals. We had very good food in the form of a buffet. Above all, the staff were very friendly. Some 'early birds' think that they are alone at the resort.

Een prachtige omgeving om te verblijven, goede verzorging, lekker eten. A beautiful location to stay in. We were well looked after and the food was very nice.
Great location, food and beer
Richard Clayton, South Africa

Stayed at the Lodge for a few days after the World Cup. Great location near the dunes, very picturesque and safe hotel with tasty food for breakfast and dinner. Best beer for miles around too! They even made us a breakfast box for our early start back to Windhoek.
