Mountainview Inn is set in the Free State near Harrismith in the tranquil surroundings of Bergview Complex on the N3, overlooking the magnificent Platberg Mountain. This makes the ideal stopover and the Combination of old fashioned values, cleanliness, courtesy, beauty and modern day technologies we ensures an enjoyable stay. There are 45 en - suite rooms, all equipped with air conditioners / heaters, TV systems with 7 channels as well as undercover parking outside each room. The Caravan Park has 30 stands with power points, 30 tent stands and state of the art ablutions, all surrounded by electric fence. Guests have a choice of breakfast, either at the award winning Wimpy, Juicy Lucy or the adjacent coffee shop, Heikes Place. Mountainview Inn offers overnight accommodation with 14 Double and 31 Single Rooms to choose from. All rooms have tea & coffee facilities. Guests may check in any time from 14:00 and check out time is 10:00. Our double rooms are equipped with two double beds, accommodating a maximum of four people. Single rooms are equipped with one double bed, accommodating a maximum of two people per room. Smoking and/or non-smoking rooms on request.

Ek sal Mountainview Inn vir enige iemand aanbeveel wat op soek is vir oornag verblyf in Harrismith. Baie netjies, mooi kamers en restaurant op die perseel. Julle sal my elke jaar sien. I would recommend Mountainview Inn to anyone looking for accommodation in Harrismith. Very neat, beautiful rooms and restaurants on the premises. You will see me every year.

We used Mountainview Inn as a stopover destination en route from Pretoria to the Natal coast. We were very satisfied with the Inn. It is situated ideally for a stopover, right next to the N3. The apartment was spacious and very neat and clean and there was more than enough entertainment for the evening that we spent there. I would totally recommend it.
