The accommodation is a self catering luxury tent. All the energy is generated from gas and the lights run from batteries. The luxury tent is against/almost on top of a hill ensuring complete privacy for an ultimate break away weekend. Remember this when checking into your tent... · All energy is generated from gas, please inform us should the gas run out or if anything is not working properly · When using the gas stove, be sure to turn it off correctly when finished with your cooking. · Please do not smoke in the tent and through all cigarette buds in the braai area – please be very careful when you braai as you are surrounded by dry fynbos and vineyards, especially in summer times, and fires can start very easily. · The water has a light brown colour, but is perfectly save to drink · Selected home made farm product will be available to buy: Please ask your host for more details · Most importantly – this is a place to relax and enjoy nature at its best!! Accommodation Luxury tent : sleeps 6 people No electricity, but lights Water from a borehole, drinkable Hot water (gas) Bed linen, blankets and towels supplied Bathroom with bath, basin and toilet Outside shower with hot water Two single beds, one double bed with linen (extra mattress can be provided) Towels are supplied. Kitchen equipped with: 2 plate gas stove, gas fridge/freezer, crockery, glasses and cutlery for 6, pots and pan, basic cooking utensils , cloths, basic cleaning materials, braai equipment

The road to tent needs attention you can't drive with car you must go with bakkie I didn't see in your notes that you can't drive with a car to destimation, my husband wasn't very happy about the road, there is only two camp chairs for outside we were 4 all the lanterns for outside is broken and the hot water that goes hot and cold for bath not enough for that nice bath sorry for complains but I just think you pay a lot of money and then things like this happen,it was nice after all.

We did not know what to expect, but were so surprised when we arrived at our well-equipped, 5-star luxury tent. The view is spectacular, and seeing Table Mountain from your double bed 60 km away, and having a shower under the stars is something to remember! We dare you to break away from the ordinary B&B and lodge weekends, and go and roll up the sides of the tent and experience the Swartland in its full beauty.

Our hosts were extremely friendly, their wine very tasty, the tent well equipped and clean. It is a lovely and well priced breakaway from city life - the view is amazing!
