This lovely three-bedroom town house comprises an open-plan lounge, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast counter, and a dining room. The lounge has a TV and Hi-Fi, and DStv is available with guests' own decoder and smart card. The lovely verandah offers undercover barbecue facilities and the property is fenced around the complex, with two remote lock-up garages and a remote gate.

Margate Beach attracts crowds from all over South Africa to the hot and humid climate of the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast and offers safe family bathing, with lifeguards on duty, food and restaurants nearby, and favourable weather all year round.
