There is a place in the mountains that will go straight to your head, hidden in the mysterious shadow of the majestic Mount Champagne, you'll find an upmarket, self-catering guesthouse called Monte Video Deo Gloria. This lakeside thatch-roofed house captures the rugged grandeur of the Drakensberg and its natural environment while still offering the security of interior luxuries of the modern day life.

The guesthouse has four bedrooms, two en-suite with double beds and two twin bedded rooms sharing a bathroom. Activities in the area include canoeing, tennis, trampoline, horse riding, golf, falconeering within short range, swimming and DStv for relaxing.

What a fantastic and relaxing place that exceeded our expectations. A wonderful home, equipped with everything needed to make one's holiday enjoyable and fun. The scenery is gorgeous and surroundings well maintained, clean and beautiful. An amazing place for friends and family. Somewhere I will definitely recommend and hope to come back in the near future. The staff are efficient, friendly and helpful, and ensure to make one's holiday carefree and enjoyable. Thank you.
