Monte Cristo Country Manor is an elegant and modern guest house in the heart of Oudtshoorn which offers a relaxed atmosphere from where you can enjoy the many activities the town has to offer.

Built in 1963 by Albert Nunes and lovingly restored in 2008 by Trevor and Ravanna Nunes, Monte Cristo Country Manor is a family run guest house offering the ultimate in luxury and comfort. Comprised of seven en-suite bedrooms, you have a choice between a spacious Honeymoon Suite, two Deck Suites offering unequalled views of the town from the main deck, two Pool Suites and two Garden Suites.

We invite you to enjoy our full English breakfast which is served in either the lounge or dining room with its fully licensed bar and rustic fireplace, or on the spacious garden deck. At sunset you may wish to enjoy a sundowner from the garden deck while taking in the spectacular Karoo landscape. Welcome to Monte Cristo Country Manor where we will make every effort to ensure that you will enjoy your stay.

Everything was okay and the staff were very friendly; the ladies are so sweet and helpful. We followed the restaurant recommendation for Kalinka in town and would like to have dinner there every night.
