Mokolodi House

Ideal location for a quiet weekend away. The house is beautiful, we loved it and we could make a cuppa anytime, sit on the deck and conversations became endless. The children also loved it, minor suggestion if they got the splash pool working... it would be bliss.

Very pleasant stay, quiet and peaceful. Very helpful staff and security and very comprehensively equipped.

Great location for the safari nature reserve and just 10 minutes from Gab Game shopping, and 5 minutes to the reserve entrance. I actually had the place to myself for several nights, so pretty peaceful. 24-hour security and friendly guard dogs, gate entrance and plenty of places around the property to chill out. Overall great stay.

My family and I stayed at Mokolodi House and loved it. The accomodation and the scenery were stunning and the service was second to none, nothing was too much trouble. We were worried on arrival having two young children and the place being so tranquil but there was no such problem, we felt the children were just as welcome as we were. We would definitely recommend and would love to return again in the future.

Thank goodness we had booked for 3 nights and not the 2 originally planned. The setting is amazing. It is very peaceful and yet within very easy reach of Gaberone and Mokolodi Game Reserve. The free use of all kitchen facilities, complimentary tea and coffee and availability of an honesty bar made us feel relaxed and 'at home'. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful. The room we had was spotlessly clean and a little quirky which added to the atmosphere. It is a beautiful building and the pictures on the website did not do it justice! Thank you for a lovely stay.
