Melkbos Self-catering Apartment is a lovely, sunny, separate entrance flat located in the Avenues with partial sea views, just 150 metres from the beach. The unit is fully equipped for self-catering and sleeps up two people.

The one-bedroom apartment features an en-suite bedroom with queen-size bed and walk-in cupboards and an open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. A parking bay in front of the garage is also provided. We are located approximately 20 minutes from the city centre, 35 minutes from Cape Town International Airport and within sight and sound of the ocean.

Beach: Located just 150 metres from the beach - safe for swimming, walking, fishing, surfing, kitesurfing, and windsurfing.
