Were made to feel at home by both Vic & Esme, and Esme's small touches to the guest house, rooms and her breakfasts were absolutely terrific. Felt well and truly spoilt. We know where to stay when next we are in Stellenbosch.

Mavilla is an up market and highly rated guest house in Stellenbosch. It provides guests with 4 double bedrooms each with ensuite facilities and TV.
In addition guests have access to a private lounge and reading room with a cosy fireplace and balcony. Mavilla is furnished with high quality antique Cape country furniture.
Guests have access to the garden and a sparkling swimming pool where wine of the region may be enjoyed.
Mavilla is well connected to the Stellenbosch wine route via the nearby R44. We are close to all amenities and within 5 minutes' drive from the historic centre of town, a Golf course and top class restaurants. The ideal base from where the Western Cape may be explored.
We are proud of our excellent breakfasts.
