Everyone who comes to our house takes pictures of the animals, birds, the landscape and the house. If you are looking for relaxation and enjoyment of nature with all the comforts of home, Reverie Safari Lodge is the place for you.

Decorated with pieces from all over Africa, the house is finshed in warm colors and furnished with an eclectic collection of antiques and modern furnishings, including an iron stove converted to electricity, air-conditioners in the bedrooms and the best mattresses available for a good night’s sleep. There are two bedrooms, a loft with an additional bed and two full bathrooms.

And like all other houses in Marloth Park, we are close to the Kruger National Park and we have regular animal visitors such as kudu, zebra, warthogs, monkeys and giraffes, while hundreds of birds make their home in all of the trees surrounding the house.

We are located within a stone’s throw of Lionspruit which is the private game reserve for Marloth Park and home to four of the Big 5. The house rests between an open plain of parkland where animals come to graze or drink at our pond and a summer river with its special riverine biosphere. The house is surrounded by large shade trees, keeping it cool and providing plenty of privacy. Decks at the front and rear extend the house into the outdoors and an outdoor shower allows you to fully enjoy nature.
