Manyatta Rock Camp

The rooms at Manyatta Rock Camp are completely unique. Resembling giant rocks, the dome-shaped bedrooms are scattered across the tops, designed to blend in with the surrounding natural environment. Comfortable and elegant, without being fussy, Manyatta is praised for its relaxed charm, unique design and stunning hilltop location.

All rooms are air-conditioned and are furnished with two twin or a queen-size bed and feature a fabulous private wooden deck with deck chairs, an en-suite bathroom with his and her basins, a bath, and an additional outdoor open-air shower. Other features include tea and coffee-making facilities and a mini fridge stocked as a bar on request.

Seven of the rooms also feature a separate living room, complete with a sofa bed. These units are well suited to families with older children. The maximum room occupancy in these rooms is three adults or two adults and two children. There is also a beautifully appointed honeymoon suite, ideally located for maximum privacy, featuring a large four poster bed, a private deck and a shower.

Subtle efficient lighting around the camp and footpaths connect all rooms to the swimming pool, boma, dining decks, bar, day spa, and viewing lounge deck. We would request guests do not walk around unattended at night for their own safety; a ranger is always available to escort guests to their room by torchlight.
