Manaar House

At Manaar House, visitors have the choice of bed and breakfast accommodation or a self-catering option. All the B&B bedrooms are luxuriously appointed with air-conditioning, telephone, Internet facilities and individual satellite TV. Each room is en-suite, with a separate bath and shower, and is equipped with a minibar fridge and tea and coffee-making facilities. All units also have their own private entrance.

There are two self-catering units at Manaar House. The large, luxury apartment can comfortably sleep four people in a king-size bed and two singles beds, with a double sleeper couch downstairs for an additional guest. The apartment is air-conditioned and is also fitted with ceiling fans throughout, as well as a DStv decoder for satellite TV. There are TVs both upstairs and downstairs. The apartment is equipped with a telephone and ADSL Internet facilities, and the kitchen is well-appointed and fully equipped.

The second self-catering apartment is smaller and consists of a double bedroom with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower only, and a fully equipped kitchen with under counter oven, hob and microwave. The unit also features satellite TV, telephone and Internet facilities.

Apartments are serviced daily and a laundry and ironing service is provided at a small additional cost. Should you wish to spoil yourself, breakfast can be prepared for you and enjoyed on the patio by the pool. The swimming pool area is for the exclusive use of guests and secure, under cover parking is available for guest’s vehicles.

Manaar House is a three-minute drive away from the beautiful Blue Flag beaches of Umhlanga, while the International Conference Centre and Durban International Airport are a 20-minute drive away by car. A first-world hospital is a five-minute drive away and there are several world-class golf courses in the immediate vicinity.
