Convenient, Secure, Affordable accommodation available in this 5 bedroomed 1936 beauty.
This house still has its original wooden floors! Quiet relaxed atmosphere, clean, friendly and helpful staff, very safe surroundings and secure parking are all part of our service.
Situated in Malherbe Street, approx 350m from the back entrance of the new Pretoria Academic Hospital.
It has 4 available bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (shower incl), dinning room, kitchen with microwave, hob, oven, automatic washing machine, tumble dryer and all the necessary crockery/cutlery you will require as well as a comfortable lounge with DSTV and DVD.
Continental / Farmhouse breakfast available on request. Lunch / Dinner by prior arrangement only. This will be an extra charge.
There is a dedicated computer for internet and email (Skype can also be used!). There is also a landline for incoming calls for guests.
Lovely sunny veranda overlooking the garden is a must to see the sunsets. BBQ (braai) facilities available for times when you would like to do your own cooking under the stars or while watching the birds in the trees and shrubs in the afternoon.
All rooms inside the house have desks and can accommodate 2 people / couples. Breakfast and all meals can also be provided on request.
The house has a 24-hour alarm system with 24-hour armed response security as well as ample parking inside the security walls.
A guest house like no other you have ever experienced. Pack a case and a sense of adventure, and come see for yourself.
We have extra mattresses etc should you require for children. Cot (No linen) and baby bath, available on request.
Hairdryers, adapters, iron, shoe shine, etc. available on request. Laundry can be done for you at an extra charge.
