This uniquely decorated guesthouse offers trendy decorator touches throughout with designer bathrooms with enormous spa baths.

This all to pamper visitors who have had tiring days on one of the many beaches or with the numerous sightseeing possibilities in and around Cape Town. You will want for nothing at this establishment. The atmosphere is relaxed with hosts who pamper when required and discretely stay off limits if you want time to yourself to enjoy this wonderful little piece of paradise. The accommodation comprises beautiful self-catering cottages, with the stunningly decorated main house offering three spacious suites with luxury en-suite bathrooms suitable for self-catering for large families, groups or the solitude traveler.

Malaika Lodge offers you a choice of three spacious luxury designer suites and two romantic cottages, beautiful designer bathrooms with spa baths in suites and accredited four Stars by the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa. Luxury extra length queen-size or king-size beds, large Lounge with wide-screen LCD TV for communal viewing pleasure, fully equipped modern open plan kitchen and dining area with unbeatable views, magical mountain views in a tranquil garden environment, rich in bird-life, large, sparkling swimming pool with extensive sundeck, and stunning pool bar and outdoor entertainment area. Fully secure, gated property with plenty of safe parking, and centrally located to all of Cape Town’s tourism hotspots, laundry and internet facilities Wi-Fi available and optional bed and breakfast.

The main house has a large communal lounge area with wide-screen TV and a fireplace for a cracking winter fire. This arrangement is ideal, as the beautifully designed main house is fully equipped for self-catering with an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge area leading out onto the spacious patio overlooking the lush garden and breathtaking Mountain View. Malaika lodge has plenty of secured parking spaces. The self-catering cottages are an absolute delight. There is a deluxe romantic honeymoon hideaway with luxury double cave shower, which has been handcrafted in stone and mosaic.

The pool cottage has its own garden entrances, front and back with pool view and a lovely private deck area for romantic candlelight dinners under the trees. The garden cottage is equipped with a beautiful king-size sleigh bed in the master bedroom, has its own entrances and is fully equipped for self-catering. The semi-private extra bedroom with two single beds makes this cottage perfect for families with children. Secluded, this delightful cottage offers complete privacy with its own entrance gate and secured parking. The garden cottage has an en-suite bathroom with shower. We had the most amazing honeymoon stay @ Malaika Lodge! We owe a great deal of our wonderful experience to the lodge owners, Marc and Astrid- you guys are awesome, thanks so much again for being such fantastic hosts and we miss you guys already! Besides the friendly, hospitable atmosphere and environment that Marc and Astrid create, they also offer stunning, modern, Villa-style accommodation with gorgeous views and easy access to nearby stores and fantastic restaurants.
