The Malachite is a newly designed home and offers accommodation for up to six people and every room has been fitted to the highest standard. Experience the peaceful beauty of our area and witness magnificent sunsets from a wooden deck and undercover patio. The Malachite also presents a housekeeping service from Monday to Saturday and a laundry service can be arranged at additional costs. Although a self catering establishment, delicious candle- lit dinners can be presented on request. Bedrooms The spacious main bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and fitted with beautiful wooden wardrobes and a built in dressing table. Sliding doors open onto a sundeck with an endless view over the Indian Ocean. The en suite bathroom is modernly equipped with a separate bath- and shower facility. The second and third bedrooms are both equipped with wooden wardrobes with built in dressing table. Sliding doors open onto a patio overlooking the Indian Ocean. Bedroom 2 is equipped with a queen site bed whilst Bedroom 3 has two twin beds. Both bedrooms share a spacious bathroom facility with a separate bath and shower. All three rooms have access to an undercover patio and barbeque area. Common area The kitchen, lounge and dining area is an extra large, open plan design. The lounge is equipped with satellite television and fireplace and the kitchen is fully equipped with modern cooking facilities and microwave. A separate scullery room has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is undercover parking for two vehicles adjacent to the kitchen area.

The views are absolutely breathtaking and the house itself is amazing, we did not want to leave and will certainly come back. Everything is very comfortable, well equipped and very clean. It is a great place for kids, as it is very large but does not have many "breakable" decorations. So the kids can run and scream and nobody will mind. Also there is a huge garden, where they can play. The ride to the beach takes about 5 minutes by car. It is such a great place that I feel I cannot des ... more

Willie and I hadnt had a holiday (peaceful and luxury)like this in a very long time. Its worth every cent and more. We are on our way for another stay of 4nights on the 28th of September 2007 for it was tooooo short. Thanx to Irma and Anette at Malachite for your coool holiday house with the superb view.

We stayed here for 1 night whilst passing through Wilderness and it was absolutely stunning. The house is very luxurious with all the facilities you could expect, and more. An amazing view caps off a brilliant house.

Great location with fantastic views, it was private and peaceful. Close to Wilderness beach and village. The house is set amongst indigenous fynbos and the estate has not been overdeveloped with only 4 other houses in the estate. Really well equipped and spacious. We had a great time.
