A range of bath treatments in the spa or in the privacy of your villa are also available. You can discover the beauty of the Maia gardens, visit the national parks and tropical forests for hiking, or organise customised excursions to the outer islands by private boat or helicopter

RATES
• All rates are quoted in Euro and are per Villa per night, for bookings of less than 10 Villas
• All rates include Value Added Tax at the prevailing rate (15%) and are subject to change at determination of Government. The rate confirmed at time of booking will be invoiced. We reserve the right to change above rates should Government alter legislation affecting taxation of room income
• A service charge of 10 % is included in above rates
• Villas are subject to availability. For 10 rooms or more, please enquire applicable rates with reservations
• Attention is drawn to separate prepayment conditions for peak periods
• Minimum stay of 5 nights for period 24 December to 11 January in Maia Signature Villas
