Our stay, albeit very brief, was wonderful and tranquil. The Little Forest setting is absolutely exquisite and incredibly peaceful amidst old established trees and horse paddocks. Highly recommended for any type of traveller as nothing was too much for the owner, Glynnis.

Description
Little Forest Farm is situated in the Balgowan Valley, in the heart of the Midlands Meander, and not far from Michaelhouse school, surrounding wedding venues, and Bosh Hoek Golf Estate. The two cottages are on a trout dam, within a secure woodland garden. There is an amazing swimming pool on the waters edge.
Malachite Cottage is the honeymoon cottage, stunning bedroom ensuite shower, basin and loo, fully fitted kitchenette and breakfast bar and living room, all at the deep end of the dam.
Sandpiper Cottage is the family unit sleeping 6 guests with 2 ensuite bedrooms with the third bedroom sharing a bathroom. This unit has a fitted kitchen with diningroom and living room in one. This cottage has bay windows onto a verandah overlooking the dam and pool.
We have a 4 star grading. Comfort is a priority.
Little Forest Farm is a working Sport Horse Stud farm and have been producing champions for 20 years. We also have a stud herd of Simmintaller cattle.
Access is very convenient off the N3.
