Great stay
Hi. i actually booked this place for my mates who were doing some work in the area. They were very impressed with their stay even though it was a short one. the hosts were very kind and hospitable and the cottage had every conceivable item that you could think of. Will definitely make use of this cottage in the future.

Our stay
We really enjoyed our stay and we were sorry that we did not stay longer. The treatment which we got was great and really felt welcomed. We will be returning in the near future.

Description
At Leopard’s Lair we extend a warm welcome to families. Having a young son, we understand the needs and concerns of families, and aim to provide a relaxing, fun, child-friendly environment. We always enjoy the chance to meet new friends. The farm is ideal for families to enjoy the outdoors together. The typical farmyard is a thrill for the children, with lambs and calves to feed, goats to stroke, ostriches to admire, eggs to gather and many more general farming activities to get involved in. Relax with the family in a historic thatched cottage set in beautiful, child-friendly gardens, alive with birds. Bird life is abundant and varied. Round off the day with a braai, as the sun sets over the picturesque Lowlands valley. Our cottage is set at the heart of an active cattle and maize farm. The farm is located in the malaria-free KZN Midlands, renowned for its unspoilt beauty, tranquillity and hospitality. Conveniently located halfway between Johannesburg and Durban, only 10km off the N3, Estcourt South off-ramp, it is an ideal base from which to explore the many attractions of the area. The area is crime-free and the roads are safe.
