Lazy Days Apartment is a stunning ground floor apartment situated in the quiet suburb of Porto Colom in the area known as Cala Marcal. Porto Colom is approximately 60 km from Palma, and roads from the airport are excellent and very well sign posted. Porto Colom and its surrounds are host to some of the most beautiful beaches and golf courses that Mallorca has to offer.

The apartment itself is within a fully walled and gated complex of three buildings, with six apartments in each. There is plenty of safe parking within the grounds and a delightful pool area for all to enjoy offering a large pool for adults and a smaller pool for children.

The apartment consists of a beautifully decorated and comfortable open-plan lounge and dining room with a TV and DVD player. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped and has everything you could possibly need for a relaxed and care-free holiday. The lounge and kitchen spill out onto a large verandah with patio furniture, and this in turn leads onto a lovely garden area, ideal for children. A fence at the end of the garden with a gate makes for easy access to the pool area.

The three tastefully furnished bedrooms all have ceiling fans to keep you cool in summer. The main bedroom is en-suite with a shower and bath, while the second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. All bed linen and both bath and beach towels are supplied, with a second set of change over linen available should you require it for a long stay. You can either do the change-over yourselves or we can organize someone to come in and do it for you.

For those who haven’t been to Mallorca before, one will find that the island has a lot to offer. From its outstanding beaches to the mountains, there is always something to see and do. It’s also an extremely affordable holiday, especially if you do it the self-catering way where you have the choice of preparing your own meals but also going out to restaurants to sample the local fare.

The apartment is situated about 400 m away from Cala Marcal, a delightful beach where one can hire pedal boats, buy goodies from the beach bar, snorkel, and hire umbrellas and loungers. There is no need to drive to this beach as it is so close to the apartment. A supermarket is located nearby, so it is very easy to pick up supplies on your way home from the beach. There is also a larger supermarket situated a few kilometres away.

It is advisable to hire a car if you really want to see the area as each part of Mallorca has something unique to offer. There are however regular buses between Palma and Porto Colom and a very reliable ferry service operates a catamaran between the different beaches. Fabulous restaurants and pubs are located in the area that one can either walk or drive to, with each place having its own special vibe. The apartment has its own guest file with recommendations and brochures of places that guests have been to. Whether it’s sipping sundowners overlooking your favourite cala or having a barbecue back at the complex, nothing can be more relaxing.

Strictly no rental of accommodation to persons under 21 unless accompanied by two adults. As we are a holiday rental agency, a non-refundable Administration Fee of R425 is charged per unit on each and every reservation.

A refundable Breakages Deposit of R500 is charged and the onus is on the guest to claim this back on the claim form provided with your pre-arrival information. Rates are based on a booking of up to 6 guests per night. Any guests over a total of 6 will be charged and additional R 150 per night per guests. This unit can sleep a total of 8 guests only. Rates are subject to change. All bookings must be fully paid in advance no less than one week prior to occupation. 50% of the total rental amount is to be paid upon reservation, the balance to be paid directly to Zest Holidays one week prior to arrival. If the booking is made within one week of your arrival then the full amount is due at the time of booking.

No extra guests allowed over and above the number of beds in the apartment. If extra guests are found in the unit, eviction will take place. No smoking allowed inside units. Strictly no pets allowed – eviction will take place if guests arrive with pets of any kind as this is in contravention of our Body Corporate rules. The volume of music and noise is to be kept to a reasonable level at all times. None of our accommodation is suitable for guests who intend playing loud music, playing boisterous and noisy games or holding parties of any sort. If a disturbance is caused that leads to guests and permanent tenants complaining, the Lessee may be evicted and will forfeit the rental paid.
