Uncomfortable stay

When I started the process of securing a booking I did request a twin room as my mom was travelling with me and we would be sharing a room. This establishment did not reply on this web request. I was running out of time to book accommodation before we departed and did not follow up on the twin bedroom request again, unfortunately.
